Making Dreams a Reality
Buying a home can often be a stressful process, especially for first-time homebuyers. Mortgage specialists not only aid you in making your home purchase a reality, but their advice, expertise and guidance can provide peace of mind for years to come. This holds true for Gina Johal, an experienced Mortgage Manager/Mortgage Specialist with the Royal Bank of Canada.
“My goal is to help clients fulfill their dreams of home ownership. Buying a home is one of the biggest investments that people make in their lifetime, so it can be a stressful experience for most clients,” says Gina. “My aim is to make the clients’ experience as easy as possible, while making sure they feel that they are in control of their mortgage.”
Gina was born and raised in Kamloops, and now resides in the Lower Mainland. She completed her Associates of Arts from Thompson Rivers University. As she aspired to work in the financial services industry, she furthered her education by completing Financial Planning and Canadian Securities courses from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
Make your home dreams a reality with Gina’s mortgage expertise, as she strives to make the experience as easy as possible by ensuring “clients needs are met and they fully understand the situation. I want to make sure my clients are completely satisfied with their mortgage and the service that they receive.”
RBC is one of largest banks in Canada and around the world in terms of its assets, market capitalization and 74,000 staff. RBC is one of North America’s “leading diversified financial services companies” providing diverse services from personal/commercial banking and wealth management services to insurance and corporate/investment banking.
Gina says, “At RBC, we understand that buying a home is a huge commitment and to start paying down your mortgage instead of somebody else’s is a monumental decision. We offer a personalized approach that tailors to your needs and wants while maintaining the best rates and long-term plans for our clients.”
She is a firm believer in giving back, and is raising funds by biking for the Heart and Stroke Foundation. She also supports Kuri/Munda Lodi events, which promote the equality of girls and boys within the Indo-Canadian community.
Gina’s advice to female entrepreneurs and corporate executives is “to be persistent with your goal in mind and to not give up. I have been in this industry for more than 10 years, and you have to be proud of what you’ve accomplished and have a clear image of what you want.”
