Born and raised in Bombay, amidst the colourful movie industry, Simon Abraham was raised with the belief that education is fundamental to personal and community well being. This conviction led Simon to focus his studies in Aeronautical Engineering, Management and after graduation worked with a few international airlines. While living in Vancouver since 1996 and continuing as an engineer with the highest level of responsibility and integrity, Simon's career embarked on a spectacular turn four years ago after completing a few personal challenging real estate transactions.
His first hand experience and belief that listening, understanding people’s needs, and ensuring they receive an enhanced level of service set the pace for him weighting these professional characteristics with a paramount importance. Simon felt that he could utilize all these skills within the dynamic nature of real estate and so he started his new career as a Realtor. Simon had caught the proverbial “real estate buzz” and was quick to complete his real estate course from the University of British Columbia followed by several real estate associated courses and seminars.
Simon’s discerning ability to read a client’s taste and preferences is uncanning and he works intelligently to get client’s exactly what they want. His philosophy that real estate is not just a business, but an opportunity to guide his clients with his knowledge and expertise to make an educated decision and to accomplish their real estate goals has been well appreciated and echoed by his clients. With a focus on pre-sales, assignments, re-sales for condominiums and attached/ detached homes in Vancouver, Burnaby, and Surrey; Simon has created a new dimension to the biggest and most important financial transaction of an individual’s life. As a proponent of ‘The Customer Experience’, Simon’s business model redefines service for his clients. Along with his extensive marketing approach for sellers and detailed oriented guidance for buyers, Simon has a team of professionals that offer a myriad of services for FREE like language translation in Cantonese, Mandarin and Korean to ensure he promotes his listings to a wider demographic group. Clients are also provided with Home Staging, professional home photography, cleaning services and moving services. “It is important that my client’s have a multitude of resources available to them. I feel it is my job to go above and beyond what client’s perceive is the role of a traditional realtor and make the process a completely pleasant undertaking for them during what can be a stressful time.”
