  • Legendary Vancouver Motorcycle Show featuring the best in bikes

Almost 50 years have passed since Easy Rider, arguably the best biker movie of all time, roared onto the silver screen. Yet the film’s legendary status and mass appeal continues to live on today at events like the annual Vancouver Motorcycle Show.

Running January 22 to 24 2016 at the Tradex Exhibition Centre in Abbotsford, the show has consistently attracted riders and rider wanna-bes of all ages and ability. Show producer Laurie Paetz says the show’s diversity and massive selection of bikes and line-up of entertainment is what fans keep coming back for.

“They really appreciate that there is so much to see – from entertainment and giveaways to classic and newly introduced bike models,” she says.

Featuring the latest gear, live demonstrations, motorcycle giveaways, local musical entertainment, a brand new line-up of 2016 motorcycles, ATVs and scooters as well as the classics, the show once again is a family-friendly event no one should miss.

Today, communities across Canada have little knowledge of the role Indians played in World War I and the shared history with their Canadian counterparts. Lest we forget, IMFC plans to commemorate those that lost their lives on the Western Front. To mark the centennial of the landing of Indian Troops in France in September 1914 a series of upcoming free events is planned for this Fall
