“We’re excited to be bringing a vibrant & talented group of culinary talent to our Cooking Stage this year,” said Tyson Kidd, show manager for Marketplace Events, producers of the BC Home + Design Show. “Vancouver is known for its eclectic, award-winning cuisine globally, and we’re proud to welcome a line up of seasoned chefs this year who can educate, inspire, and teach on a variety of different delicious topics.”

This year’s line up of talented experts will share insider tips and educate audiences on a variety of different culinary topics, and at the same time, tap into a popular theme found in today’s dining scene: farm-to-table, locavore, and plant-based dining. With spring just around the corner, this theme serves as a great inspiration for visitors looking to pick up tips and tricks that they can take home to their own kitchens to celebrate the arrival of a fresh, new season.
