Michelle Obama And Prince Harry Surprise Chicago School Teens; Watch Their Priceless Reaction

IANS, 03 Nov, 2017 06:43 PM

During a recent visit, Prince Harry and Michelle Obama made a surprise visit to students at Hyde Park Academy in Chicago. They spoke about the importance of young people staying inspired and the power of students using their voices to change the world.

Shared by Kensington Palace on Twitter, it soon went viral and collected more than 3,900 likes, at the time of writing.

A good friend of the Obamas, Prince Harry was in Chicago as the former president launched his post-presidency initiative to foster young civic leaders. After his interaction at the academy, the royal also spoke at the Obama Foundation Summit during his short visit to Chicago.

In the video, released on both Instagram and Twitter, the former FLOTUS can be heard saying, “All of you kids, you are me. I was you. I grew up in the same neighbourhood, so I know what you’re capable of.

When you look at me, you should see yourselves.” Prince Harry too shared similar thoughts and the young teens urged him to “eat Chicago pizza” before he left the city.
