Cayenne & Celosia Orange
Evoking romance with a touch of glam, this 4-tiered cake designed by Anna Elizabeth Cakes showcases peonies, roses and ranunculus, all crafted out of sugar in different shades of cayenne and highlighted with edible 24k gold gilded sugar leaves and berries. The short golden tier is also gilded in 24k gold, giving a feeling of opulence that works perfectly with the blush and cream tiers. This cake is a light vanilla with fresh strawberry buttercream and white chocolate champagne ganache.
