On Camera, Bengaluru Woman Picked Up And Taken Away, No One Helped

In visuals captured on CCTV, a 22-year-old woman was nearly kidnapped by a man from a road in Bengaluru just outside her home. She reportedly screamed for help but no one responded. The police have asked the woman to file a complaint but say she has not done so yet.
