I'm soft from outside, but tough inside: SRK

  • I'm soft from outside, but tough inside: SRK
Superstar Shah Rukh Khan might be known for being romantic on-screen, but he says he is a tough man.

Shah Rukh said at the launch of a love song "Gerua" from Rohit Shetty's "Dilwale" that though he has a 'lover boy' image, he is more of a tough man.

"I seem soft and sweet from outside, but I am hard and tough from within. I am more of an action guy. While Rohit Shetty, our director, is more romantic though he seems to be a tough guy. From within, he is sweet and a soft person," said SRK, mostly known for delivering romantic hits like "Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge" and "Kuch Kuch Hota Hai".

The 50-year-old believes that it's a team's effort that his 'romantic' image has been loved by all.

"I don't do much to sustain my romantic image. It is because whenever I do a romantic song everybody starts contributing. Like Rohit wanted to make the song "Gerua" in a wide range, Pritam (composer) gave the best romantic tune so more than me, it was a team work and Rohit who made this song exotic," he said.

"Dilwale" is set to release on December 18. It will bring back the loved on-screen couple SRK and Kajol together after five years.
