Taylor Swift Suffered For Her 'Art'

Darpan News Desk IANS, 04 Jan, 2016 12:16 PM
  • Taylor Swift Suffered For Her 'Art'
Singer Taylor Swift "suffered for her art" while filming for her latest single "Out of the woods", says Joseph Kahn, who directed the song's video.

"Taylor was so dedicated to making this video. I was wrapped in snow gear. She was in a dress. She suffered for her art. #OOTWMusicVideo

"Taylor chose to stay in the mud for hours to keep the shoot moving. No in and out. Just gangstered it. She is bad a**. #OOTWMusicVideo. In art, how you do it is as important as what you do. The brushstrokes are as important as the idea (sic)," he tweeted, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

Along with praising Swift's dedication to her art, Kahn was also full of praise for her songwriting skills.

"I listened to 'Out of the woods' a thousand times over three months straight working on the video. Still love that song. Not only do I need to like the artist to make a video, I also have to like the audience. Make beautiful things for beautiful people (sic)," he added.
