DELTA, B.C. - A person has been killed in a shooting in Delta, B.C.
A statement from Delta Police says officers responded to a call of shots fired just after 2 a.m. at a home on the northeast side of the city.
The unnamed male victim died at the scene.
Police say the deceased and the home are known to them.
They say the shooting is believed to be targeted.
Meng's legal team is asking the judge to stay proceedings in her extradition case because they argue her charter rights were violated at the airport.

Shortly before 8 p.m. on March 21, 2021, Surrey RCMP were called to a report of a robbery near 57 Avenue and 148 Street.
The homes will be split between Saanich and Central Saanich, with construction expected to begin this spring and summer.
The federal government had no immediate comment on the report, but did say possible new European Union restrictions on vaccine shipments would not affect Canada.
