Two Men Arrested Following South Surrey Stabbing Tuesday

    Surrey RCMP is advising the public of a fight involving a weapon and the subsequent arrest of two individuals, that occurred this morning in South Surrey.


    At approximately 8:50 am, on August 6, 2019, Surrey RCMP responded to a report of a fight in the 900-block of 160 Street. Officers arrived and located a man suffering from apparent stab wounds. The victim was transported to hospital by air ambulance in serious, but stable condition.


    Two suspects initially fled from the scene in a vehicle and then on foot. Both have been apprehended by police in the Cloverdale area with assistance from the Integrated Police Dog Services and RCMP Air Services.



    The investigation is in its early stages, however initial indications are that this is a targeted incident.


    Surrey General Investigations Unit with the assistance of Surrey Serious Crime are continuing to investigate the incident.
