‘83’: Ranveer Singh And ‘Kapil’s Devils’ Including Ammy Virk In Dharamsala

    Actor Ranveer Singh after riding the success of ‘Gully Boy’ has started preparing for his next big project. Ranveer will portray Kapil Dev in Kabir Khan’s sports drama ‘83’.

     

    The film will trace the history of India’s victory in the 1983 world cup.

     

    Ranveer shared a picture on Instagram from Dharamsala, where the entire star cast and crew have arrived for practice. He wrote: “KAPILS DEVILS DESCEND ON DHARAMSHALA!!! it’s on!!! @83thefilm @kabirkhankk”.

    The film will go on floors on May 15. The first schedule of the film will be shot for 100 days in London and Scotland.

     

    Touted as the "biggest sports film" of the country, the film is slated for April 10, 2020, release.
