Aamir Keeps Raising Bar For Himself, Everybody: Tiger Shroff

Darpan News Desk IANS, 04 Mar, 2016 12:54 PM
Actor Tiger Shroff says that superstar Aamir Khan doesn't look 51 years old, and keeps raising the bar for everyone and himself.

"He doesn't look 51, he is growing younger. Everybody is so talented, I don't want to take anything away from anybody, but Aamir sir keeps raising the bar for everybody and himself. I don't know what he's going to do next, but I'm looking forward to 'Dangal'," said Tiger at the Asia Spa 2015 Awards on Thursday, about Aamir turning 51 on March 14.

Aamir shares a good equation with Tiger, having launched the trailer of his debut "Heropanti", and even suggesting his name for an India-China collaboration film with Jackie Chan, "Kung Fu Yoga".

Tiger also had his birthday in March, on March 2. His "Baaghi" co-star Shraddha Kapoor had shared a teaser poster featuring Tiger for the film on that day, while Tiger shared Shraddha's look on her birthday, a day later.

"I'm lucky and blessed to be sharing the birthday next to hers, she's just such a wonderful person, and it was an honour working with Shraddha," he said, adding that he didn't celebrate her birthday as he was shooting.

About the teaser poster, he added: "It was very positive, I'm thankful that it was accepted so graciously, it was just a teaser, but watch out for the main poster, coming out on the 9th and soon after that, the trailer. I hope you guys like it.

"I'm not nervous at all, we worked very hard throughout the film, as you can see, I'm looking very tired, just came from shoot. If you enjoyed 'Heropanti', I'm sure you're going to enjoy this much more."

Considering producer of the film, Sajid Nadiadwala's close friendship with superstar Salman Khan, could Salman be unveiling the trailer?

"I don't think so, Salman sir will be busy with 'Sultan' no? But there'll be nothing like it, if he did. But I think Sajid sir is going to do the honours," he said.

"Baaghi", directed by Sabbir Khan, is releasing on April 29.
