Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan, currently filming “Dangal” here, celebrated Makar Sankranti by flying kites with the cast of the movie.
 
The team of the film had a day off from the shooting to celebrate the festival.
 
Aamir celebrated the festival by eating 'Til gud' followed by a kite flying competition on the roof top on Wednesday.
 
The actor even took to Twitter on Thursday to greet all his fans on the auspicious occasion.
 
“Wishing everyone a very happy Makar Sankranti! Flying kites is one of my childhood passions! Love. A,” Aamir tweeted.
 
Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, “Dangal” is based on the life of former wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat.
 
The film is being co-produced by Aamir, his wife Kiran Rao and Siddharth Roy Kapur.
