Actress Parineeti Chopra has gone through some major changes when it comes to her body and the actress emphasizes that it is coming from wanting to feel fit and healthy.
Parineeti highlighted that she had a very happy childhood and by the time she was a teenager close to 16 years old she had friends all over the world and traveled to Kenya to see her grandparents during the summer holidays and her parents have always been very supportive.
Parineeti also added that she doesn't view her own body in a negative way and doesn't get sucked into being body shamed. She doesn’t think about her body in a negative way.
Parineeti says she hits the gym for a few hours a day and it saddens her that a lot of people are insecure about their body and she wishes she could somehow change that and make them feel better.
Parineeti will make an appearance in the upcoming movie ‘Animal’. The movie also has actors, Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, and Bobby Deol in main roles.
