After Slamming Ranbir Kapoor, Kangana Ranaut Praises Kareena Kapoor Khan

Darpan News Desk IANS, 05 Mar, 2019 09:32 PM

B-town actress Kangana Ranaut may have slammed several celebrities, including Alia Bhatt, Aamir Khan and Sonakshi Sinha for not supporting in her work but she did not stop gushing about Begum sahiba, Kareena Kapoor Khan.

On Monday, Kangana threw a success party in Mumbai for her film, “Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi”.

The movie crossed the Rs 100 crore mark at the box office.

During the bash, the 31-year-old actress revealed that she will next be directing her own biopic and in fact, has received a lot of encouragement from Bebo.

Talking about Kareena, she said: “Kareena is absolutely lovely. I think she is one of those graceful, dignified people. I always see her and feel that if you have to be an actress, wife or mother, it should be like her. She is the epitome of a perfect woman. She always encourages me and sends me positive messages. She is a very inspiring woman”.

Recently, Kangana called Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt "irresponsible" for their apolitical stand on issues. She added that film personalities need to take interest in matters of national importance.

On the work front, Kangana will next be seen in ‘Mental Hai Kya’ opposite Rajkummar Rao.
