The makers of Manmarziyaan dropped the first look of the film and people are lauding over Abhishek Bachchan's turban look. In the photo unveiled, Junior Bachchan is seen giving an intense look with several emotions gushing out of him.

 

People are loving this never-seen-before avatar of Abhishek and can't wait to watch the film. Amitabh Bachchan also went on to share a small anecdote and said everyone is proud of him.

 

“Your Daadi, Teji Kaur Suri pre marriage .. your par Nana Khazan Singh Suri .. your par Naani Amar Kaur Sodhi .. & all related must feel great pride and love for you .. as do I,” Amitabh wrote.

 
 
 

Manmarziyan is an intense love story is being helmed by Anurag Kashyap and is being produced by Aanand L. Rai's Colour Yellow Productions, Phantom Films and Eros Now. This is the first outing of Abhishek with the whole team and his comeback on the big screen after two years.

 

The cast and crew has been sharing frequent updates from the sets of the Punjab-set romantic drama - from Anurag’s workouts with Taapsee to visits to the Golden Temple.

 

The film is co-produced by Aanand L Rai. Taapsee in an interview to IANS had said the film “is a beautiful mix of the different worlds of filmmakers Aanand L Rai and Anurag Kashyap.” This will be the first time that Abhishek will be collaborating with Taapsee and Vicky for a project.
