  • Anupam Kher Earns Compliment From Hollywood Director Phillip Noyce
Veteran actor Anupam Kher says compliments by Australian film director Phillip Noyce made him feel on top of the world.

Anupam on Tuesday night shared a video having a conversation with Noyce, known for directing films like "Salt", "The Bone Collector" and "The Giver".

"It was an honour to meet legendary filmmaker Phillip Noyce at the Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts (AACTA) party. His compliments made me feel at the top of the world. Have been a fan of him for a long time. Thank you sir for your appreciation of my forthcoming film," Anupam tweeted.

The primary role of the AACTA is to recognise, encourage, promote and celebrate film and television excellence in Australia through the nation's highest screen accolades, the AACTA Awards -- the Australian equivalent of the Oscars and the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA).

The 62-year-old actor on Wednesday morning also shared a video posted a photograph of himself from a dubbing studio in Australia.

"Finished dubbing in Sydney for a very important film of 2018. A film I am very proud of," he captioned the image.

On the Bollywood front, Anupam will next be seen in "The Accidental Prime Minister", directed by Vijay Gutte.
