Veteran actor Anupam Kher has thanked Russell Peters for his love and generosity and said that the funnyman's assistant looked after him well.
 
"Thank you Russell Peters for your love and generosity. Even though you are shooting in Cape Town... Your assistant Eddro looked after me we well in Los Angeles," Anupam tweeted. 
 
Anupam will be seen sharing screen space with Peters in the TV series "The Indian Detective".
 
The 61-year-old will be seen as the actor-comedian's father in "The Indian Detective", which has been shot in Cape Town.
 
On the Bollywood front, Anupam will next be seen in the forthcoming film "Toilet: Ek Prem Katha", which stars Akshay Kumar and the "Dum Laga Ke Haisha" fame actress Bhumi Pednekar.
