  • Arjun Kapoor gears up for 'Ki and Ka' cricket fun
Arjun Kapoor is looking forward to some cricket excitement with the forthcoming ICC World Twenty20 tournament for men and women. The “Ki and Ka” actor says boys should root for girls, and vice versa.

The actor, who is awaiting the release of "Ki and Ka", which explores the gender equality subject in a lighter vein, took to Twitter to express his views.

“The men's and women's T20 World Cup happening at the same time, matches coinciding...so 'Ki and Ka' World Cup together... Amazing coincidence! Streeling pulling is same thing in sport now... Should be an amazing time to be a spectator! India potentially can win two World cups together,” Arjun shared.

The multi-city tournament for men will start on March 8, and for women on March 15.

In “Ki and Ka”, Arjun will be seen playing an IIT graduate and a house husband to actress Kareena Kapoor Khan's character Kia, an ambitious career-oriented woman. The romantic comedy is slated to hit the screens on April 1.

Arjun also shared: “I feel the Ki's should support our Ka's and the Ka's should support or Ki's this season... #streelingpullingsamething #KiAndKa #T20”.
