Ayushmann Khurrana to perform at IIFA 2023 Yas Island awards spectacle

Mumbai, May 10 (IANS) Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana, who was most recently seen in 'An Action Hero', is set to perform at the IIFA Awards this year in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.
The International Indian Film Academy Awards, popularly known as IIFA, is returning for its 23rd edition on May 26 and 27 and will see the who's who of Bollywood in attendance with deserving artistes being honoured for their work in Hindi cinema for last year.
IIFA is the world's biggest celebration of Indian cinema and it is set to bring together the very best in music and entertainment under one roof.
For its 22nd edition, the Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani-starrer 'Shershaah' was conferred with the honour of Best Film with the event hosted by Salman Khan, Riteish Deshmukh and Maniesh Paul.
Bollywood superstar Ajay Devgn, who is currently busy with the run-up to the release of his upcoming directorial 'Bholaa', recently shared his experience of directing Tabu in the film. Both the actors have collaborated on numerous occasions as co-actors or in the capacity of actor-director.
The humungous success of Pathaan has set the perfect tone for 2023 in the Hindi film universe, and looking at the eclectic slate of films lined up for release in the coming months; it seems like Bollywood is all set to serve up a feast of cinema. It also has the signature '0555' number plate. Looks like the massive success of 'Pathaan' has made the superstar splurge on the luxury SUV.

Shilpa made her acting debut with Shah Rukh Khan-starrer 'Baazigar' in 1993. 'KD', directed by Prem of 'Kariya' fame, is yet another gangster film in Kannada. The period action film is said to be based on the events that took place in Bengaluru in the 1970s. It also stars Dhruva Sarja, V Ravichandran and Sanjay Dutt in pivotal roles.
The superstar goes in front of the camera, and flexes his biceps. The film will have its digital premiere on March 22. Directed by Siddharth Anand, the film stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in lead roles.
