'Baahubali 2' Has Shown Us That Language Is No Barrier: Aamir Khan

  • 'Baahubali 2' Has Shown Us That Language Is No Barrier: Aamir Khan
Aamir Khan's last movie ' Dangal' turned out to be a huge success at the Box-Office - not just in India, but globally as well.

One movie that gave a stiff competition to the biopic and got ahead of it at one point of time was S.S. Rajamouli's magnum opus ' Baahubali 2: The Conclusion'.

At the trailer launch of 'Secret Superstar,' Aamir was asked whether the industry has felt the pressure of Baahubali's success, to which he replied, "Personally, I think it is great. I think this is what Cinema is all about.

Baahubali has shown us that language is not a barrier as long as people connect with the material, they connect with the story, they connect with the characters. That is what's important. So, I'm really happy for the film. I have not seen it unfortunately as yet. But I look forward to watching it."

"It's so wonderful that people have connected so deeply with the film and went out there to see the film. Actually, that film has shown us the potential of Hindi films which we have not yet gone to tap. So, it's really wonderful. I think it's great and all congratulations to the entire team for the huge success that they had. I'm really happy about it," he added.

Directed by Advait Chandan, ' Secret Superstar' stars Zaira Wasim, Aamir Khan, Meher Vij and Raj Arjun.

The movie is slated for a Diwali 2017 release.
