Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who is currently in Australia for the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM)- Australia's annual celebration of film from India and the subcontinent- looked stunning as she walked the red carpet.

 

The ' Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' star, who donned a black embroidered dress, was bestowed with 'Excellence in Global Cinema' award at the film festival.

 

The official handle of IFFM tweeted a picture of the actress on Twitter with a caption that read, "Aishwarya Rai Bachchan makes @Westpac Awards Night at #iffm2017 a whole lot more special!"

 
 

On the occasion of 70th Indian Independence Day celebrations, Aishwarya will be hoisting the Indian National flag at the iconic Federation Square building on August 12.
