  • Big B's Fan Moment With Waheeda Rehman
Megastar Amitabh Bachchan says actress Waheeda Rehman, with whom he has paired up for hits like “Kabhi Kabhie” and “Trishul”, has been his “favourite” since the time he started watching cinema.

The cine icon went to add that the childlike innocence in her talks takes him back to the time when they “first met”.

“And then the lovely Waheeda Rehman, my favourite from the time I started seeing cinema...and her childlike mischievous banter, resonant from the time I met her 45 years ago, and then through films that I did with her...‘Reshma Shera’, ‘Kabhi Kabhie’ and ‘Adalat’ and ‘Trishul’ and so many other,” Big B shared on his official blog.

Along with a string of photographs with Waheeda, Amitabh shared: “Still with Waheeda ji and sharing a little personal moment, which harps on the presence of some guests and their...well … never mind!”

The actor met the star of ageless classics such as “Guide” and “Kaagaz Ke Phool” at a book launch event here.

The “Piku” star also was engrossed in a conversation with Vidhu Vinod Chopra, who is producing his forthcoming film “Wazir”.

“Vidhu Vinod Chopra and his continued connect with his films even in the most non film like environ… showing me the publicity material for ‘Wazir’,” he added.

The film, which also stars Farhan Akhtar, will be hitting the Indian screens on December 4.
