Actress Sooraj Pancholi says Deepika Padukone and Tiger Shroff are the fittest actors in Bollywood.
 
"I think in men, it is Tiger Shroff and among women, of course Deepika Padukone has the true fitness," Sooraj said here at an event.
 
The "Hero" actor was present at the event here with his co-star Athiya Shetty to launch celebrity fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala's book 'Sculpt AND Shape". Being a fitness enthusiast, Sooraj often shares images of his workout session on social media.
 
Sooraj said that through workout sessions, "you discover many things about your body".
 
"Being fit is most important thing in life, and not only for a celebrity. It is an important aspect of anybody's life. If you are fit, it makes you feel good about yourself," he said.
