Deepika Turns Into A Voracious Reader For Padmavati!

Darpan News Desk IANS, 24 Nov, 2016 12:41 PM
Deepika Padukone always had a fondness for reading biographies.

The talented actress likes reading biographies and is an avid reader. She reads whenever she has time.

Deepika has now days started reading historic books for her upcoming film Padmavati.

Deepika started reading novels pertaining to the Rajputana era as she is playing the role of Queen Padmavati in her next film Padmavati.

In fact she is captivated with that era as it tells the tales of heroism, love and passion, how the Rajputs lived, their diet and social life.

These books were not recommended to her but Deepika herself started reading them because it would help her in prepping up for her character in Padmavati.

Deepika reads these historic books in her spare time and whenever someone visits her they find her totally engrossed in the book.

It seems her vested interest in these books has no connection with Padmavati but it has more to do with the interesting subject.
