  • Did Priyanka Help Cousin Meera To Bag A Role In Canadian Drama?
Parineeti Chopra has always maintained that her big sister, superstar Priyanka Chopra, is a family person and always keeps a tab on who is doing what in their family.

So, during her recent two-break, Priyanka spent some quality time with her actress cousin Meera Chopra and learnt about the recent developments in her career.

Meera, whose debut outing '1920 London'(2016) did not fare well at the box office, has reportedly been taken under the wings of her international superstar cousin Priyanka. PeeCee had reportedly introduced the young actress to a top casting official from CTV Television Network.

`They (Priyanka and Meera) spent quality time together. Meera spoke to Priyanka about her recent projects.

PeeCee helped her meet a top casting official at the CTV Television Network. Meera has bagged a part in a Canadian fantasy drama series. She will start shooting soon,` a source close to the development informed a leading daily.

Meera is reportedly all set to fly down to the States to learn new languages and is also in talks with Purple Pebble Pictures, Priyanka's film production company, for a South-based film. The actress will be juggling between Canada and India for these two projects.

`Though the length of her part in Canadian project is yet to be decided, she will play a strong role in it,` added the source.
