If Bollywood offering "Happy New Year" collected a whopping Rs.44.97 crore on the first day, its Tamil and Telugu dubbed versions jointly raked in Rs.2.39 score on the opening day. It's said to be the highest collection for a dubbed Hindi film on the release day.

Riding on Shah Rukh Khan's star power and the ensemble cast, this fun-filled drama put together by director Farah Khan entered the theatres Friday.
