  • Gauri Khan Attends Actor-designer Lekha Washington's Art Show
Superstar Shah Rukh Khan's wife Gauri Khan attended the preview of celebrity product designer Lekha Washington's special art show "The Nature of Things" here, and expressed her appreciation at the exquisite collection.

The event was held at the Sakshi Salon at Gauri Khan Interiors.

Speaking about the exhibition, Lekha said: "Our relationship with what we consider to be nature is a complicated one, yet one that is hard-wired into the core of who we are and what gives us joy. Plastic toys are the closest some children get to interacting with animals, ocean sounds limited to soothers played at night. The Nature of Things explores the current state of our relationships with nature, and its relationship with us."

Sakshi Art Gallery director Geeta Mehra was also one of the hosts along with Lekha and they welcomed celebrities like writer Chetan Bhagat and his wife Anusha, artist Brinda Miller and actor-singer Monica Dogra.

Lekha acted in several films down South over an eight-year period where she acted in popular films "Jayamkondaan", "Vedam" and "Va".
