  • Gautami Kapoor hosts surprise dinner for 'Tere Sheher Mein' cast
Actress Gautami Kapoor, who plays the role of Sneha Mathur in soap opera “Tere Sheher Mein”, surprised her co-stars by getting some homemade food for them.

Gautami, who is married to actor Ram Kapoor, says her co-workers are like an “extended family” to her.

“I love cooking personally and thought this to be an amazing idea to give a taste of my food to my team who are like an extended family to me,” Gautami said in a statement.

The 41-year-old reached the set early and prepared the dinner. She was even seen going to the kitchen in between breaks to ensure everything is ready on time.

“It was a complete surprise for everyone who assumed that food has been ordered from outside. I made sure to reach a little early that day and had the preparations from a day prior.

“As soon as the shot was complete everyone jumped on the table and we all had our dinner on the set itself. Having the entire team sit and eat together is a joyful and memorable moment,” she added.
