Go With Your True Sensibility: Gul Panag

Darpan News Desk IANS, 18 Sep, 2019 09:58 PM
  • Go With Your True Sensibility: Gul Panag

Actor Gul Panag swears by minimalism - both in her personal style and home decor. "The Family Man" actor recently launched the flagship Shades of India store in Mumbai, where she spoke to IANSLife.

Your everyday dressing?

Gul: Essentially jeans and a shirt.

Your style?

Gul: Comfortable, minimalist. There is always going to be a lot of choice when it comes to personal or home fashion. But ultimately, you will have to go with what is your true sensibility and not what is dictated by the people around you.

Gym fashion is the new trend. Comment?

Gul: Earlier, I never paid attention to the kind of clothes I worked out in. But gradually I realised that looking good gave me a further push to exercise. Now, I understand that it is the best time of my day and I must invest time and effort to ultimately feel good.

So what's your gym style?

Gul: Being well turned out. Because if I am well turned out, by default I will look good and if I look good, I will feel good. It will give me a further push to exercise.

Why?

Gul: The very idea of a workout is to feel good about yourself. I supplement my workout with being well dressed. If I am well turned out, by default I will look good and if I look good, I will feel good.
