Happy For Issues Raised For Traffic Police, Says Swara

Darpan News Desk IANS, 15 Feb, 2017 12:09 PM
Actress Swara Bhaskar, who will be seen in Karmik Varma's social awareness video "Hawa Badlo" made for the traffic police, says she is happy that someone has brought forward the issue faced by the traffic police.

"The conditions they (traffic police) have to work in are really deplorable. I can bet that none of us can do it for even a day! There are many social causes which get noticed, however causes like this do not get the much needed attention," Swara told IANS.

"I am happy that someone has initiated to bring forth the issues that the Traffic Police face," she added.

The actress says she waited for four hours without removing her make-up for the shooting to save the production cost of the video.

"My four hours wait is nothing in front of the service that these traffic policemen do."
