  • 'Happy New Year' The Record Breaker:Earns 100 Cr in just three days
Well it looks like when it's about making and breaking the records then even sky is not a limit for the Khans of Bollywood. And what made us think so is the recent earning stats of SRK's recently released "Happy New Year" which has reportedly reaped a mammoth amount of Rs Rs. 108.86 Crs and that too in just three days.

As per the official statement released by Red Chillies Entertainments the Hindi edition of the movie earned Rs. 104.10 Crs  whereas its Telgu and Tamil editions earned Rs. 2.92 Crs Rs. 1.84 Crs respectively.

This directorial venture of Farah Khan starring Deepika, Sonu Sood, Vivaan, Jackie Shroff  et al received a bumper opening on its release and garnered a whooping amount of Rs  44.97 crore on day one, followed by an earning of Rs. 63.89 crore in next two days.

So with this mind boggling success of "Happy New Year" at BO despite a sound bashing by critics it's once again proved that just like Sallu even SRK movies are critic-proof and in showbiz it's only SRK and sex sells.

Also....

With this massive success of "Happy New Year"  SRK  has not only outmaneuvered all his rivals, but has also proved it that he is the true Baadshah of Bollywood. And to believe what we are saying have a look at the first weekend collections of some of the biggest grossers of the recent times.

1. Happy New Year: 108.86 Cr
