I Can't Talk About 'Half Girlfriend' Script: Kriti Sanon

Darpan News Desk IANS, 28 Nov, 2015 01:30 PM
Actress Kriti Sanon, who has been roped in for director Mohit Suri's next film titled "Half Girlfriend", an adaptation of Chetan Bhagat's book by the same name, says she has liked the script but can't talk about it right now.

"I don't think I can talk about that. I have met Mohit and it's a script that I have really liked. I have also launched the book and I have read it a year ago but there are other things that need to be figured out," Kriti told IANS.

"There is nothing locked right now so I feel it's not right for me to talk about it," she added.

Apparently, Kriti is paired opposite Sushant Singh Rajput in "Half Girlfriend".

Earlier, Varun Dhawan denied being offered a role in the film.

Talking about Chetan Bhagat's books, Kriti said they have a "filmy factor" to them.

"I loved the book and I feel that all of Chetan's books have a filmy factor to them, so when you read them, you can imagine a film being made on it. I have enjoyed reading all his books and I always look forward to reading his books."
