I enjoy being part of both films and TV: Sonali Bendre

Darpan News Desk IANS, 10 Dec, 2015 10:35 AM
Actress Sonali Bendre, who will be seen as a judge on the second season of reality show “India’s Best Dramebaaz”, says she "enjoys" being part of both films and TV.

"You are an actor and when you get to play different characters, then there's nothing like it. We all have a child in us and when you get to play different characters, what more can you ask for," Sonali told IANS.

"It's a wonderful job to be an actor where you can play different lives. I love doing what I do, but I have to make my choices," she added.

Sonali is known for her roles in films like "Diljale", "Sarfarosh", "Hum Saath - Saath Hain" among others.

The actor, who hails from Maharashtra, is also to be proud to see the growth of the Marathi industry.

"It is very interesting the way business is changing in the Marathi industry and that's amazing. In my time only certain kind of stories used to work and now all kinds of stories are being accepted. Now there is a space for everything and that's very creative," the 40-year-old said.
