I Take A Lot Of Time To Say No: Shah Rukh Khan

Darpan News Desk IANS, 03 Nov, 2017 07:15 PM
  • I Take A Lot Of Time To Say No: Shah Rukh Khan
Superstar Shah Rukh Khan says his sensitivity towards people makes it tough for him to say "no" to people, especially to friends who offer him films.

Asked if saying no to a script is awkward for him, especially to a friend filmmaker, Shah Rukh said here: "I take a lot of time to say ‘no' because I am very sensitive towards people. I take time, and sometimes as long as three months.

"What happens is that at times, when I say 'no' to a film, people start thinking that I am questioning their creativity, or that the story is not good enough for me to say ‘yes'. Honestly, that is not the case. It's like, in a relationship, you say ‘It's not you, but me', to call off the journey."

On Thursday, Shah Rukh turned a year older. His fans crowded outside his residence Mannat here. Shah Rukh took some shots of the "sea of love", and tweeted: "A ray of sunshine... A sea of love...Thank you all for the happiness you bring every year."
