She is a beauty queen, an actress, a singer and even a producer. As Bollywood's marquee actress Priyanka Chopra turned 33 on Saturday, celebrities like Anil Kapoor, Hrithik Roshan and Sonakshi Sinha took to micro-blogging site Twitter to wish her a “power-packed” and “rocking” year ahead.
 
After winning Miss World title at the age of 17, the actress stepped into the world of glitz and glamour in 2003 with "The Hero: Love Story of a Spy". And there has been no looking back since then as she has delivered powerful performances through hits like “Don”, “Fashion”, “7 Khoon Maaf” and “Mary Kom”. 
 
After garnering plaudits for her latest release “Dil Dhadakne Do”, Priyanka is awaiting release of her period drama “Bajirao Mastani”. The “Barfi!” actress, who also has a National Film Award, has also sailed into the West with her talent through TV series “Quantico” as well as with her singing talent.

‘Bajirao Mastani’ shoot keeps Priyanka busy on birthday
 
 
On her 33rd birthday on Saturday, Priyanka Chopra immersed herself in work. The actress, who is shooting for "Bajirao Mastani", says the love and appreciation showered on her gives her strength to aim for higher goals.
 
"Thank you all so much for such an overwhelming birthday...all your wishes make me believe there is nothing I can’t do...feeling very blessed. Now off to shoot! #BajiraoMastani beckons!! Will stay in touch! All my love,” Priyanka tweeted.
 
Sanjay Leela Bhansali's directorial "Bajirao Mastani", narrates a love story. The movie features Ranveer Singh as Maratha warrior Peshwa Bajirao I, while his love interest Mastani's role is essayed by Deepika Padukone, and Priyanka has portrayed Kashibai, the first wife of Peshwa Bajirao.
 
The “Dil Dhadakne Do” star was left surprised by a party that her mother Madhu threw for her, and she is in awe of her mother's ability to be clandestine. 
 
“To all my friends who surprised me yesterday and my mom for successfully keeping it from me! #shocked #LOL @madhuchopra @mubinarattonsey,” she added. 
 
 
The former Miss World, who began her cinematic journey with "The Hero: Love Story of a Spy", also greeted people on Eid-ul-Fitr. 
 
“Eid Mubarak to everyone who is celebrating today. May Allah bless us all with people who love us so completely. May today be a great beginning,” she shared.
