‘Kesari’ Song Release: Akshay Kumar, Karan Johar Get Slammed By Twitter

    Everyone is on the edge with the increasing tensions between India and Pakistan; even social media. Actor Akshay Kumar just released a ‘happy’ song during a serious situation for, which he got slammed.

     

    Filmmaker Karan Johar and Akshay released the song ‘Sanu Kehndi’ from ‘Kesari’ on social media on Wednesday. While, some of the fans were already dancing to the number, others had another opinion.

    The film ‘Kesari’ is based on the Battle of Saragarhi where 21 Sikhs fought against 10,000 Afghans in 1897.

     

    Parineeti Chopra is the leading lady of the film.

     

    ‘Kesari’ is produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions.

     

    Akshay will play the role of a military commander of 21 Sikh soldiers named Havildar Ishar Singh.

     

    ‘Kesari' is directed by popular Punjabi director Anurag Singh.The film is scheduled to release on March 21.
