Kids Are Future Of Greener Earth, Says Dia

    Actress-producer Dia Mirza, known for her social activism -- from human and animal welfare to water conservation -- has stressed on the importance of teaching children the need of a green future.
     
    The 35-year-old was bestowed the ‘Green Crusader of the Year' Award at The Olive Crown Awards 2017 held here, read a statement.
     
    She said: "It is important that at this point we understand that the younger generation or the adolescent of the nation are our future. I think they ask the right questions and seek the right answers, along with finding solutions for the same. 
     
    "With the younger generation being the influencers of the future, I urge parents to emerge as inspiration since it is good parenting that can encourage them to take steps towards a green future."
