  • Krushna Abhishek To Host 'OMG!...' TV Show
Actor Krushna Abhishek will soon take the small screen audience on a voyage through India, showcasing the 'OMG’ facts about its people and places through a new TV show “OMG! Yeh Mera India”.
 
To be aired on History TV18, the show will go on air from March 10. The treatment of the show is expected to be entertaining and refreshing, read a statement. 
 
From showcasing the world’s biggest family in Mizoram to a ‘visa’ temple in Andhra Pradesh to a soldier who can perform difficult yoga postures riding a moving motorcycle, Krushna will present some interesting facts about the country.
 
Sangeetha Aiyer, vice president and head marketing, A+E Networks, TV18, said: “Our main objective has been to present India - with all its vibrancy and idiosyncrasies - in a fun, relatable manner that is totally immersive for the entire family.” 
 
As part of the initiative, the channel also plans to create an engaging digital initiative to drive user-generated content on its social media ecosystem.
 
The show will invite participation from viewers to share their 'OMG' stories from their neighbourhood, with the shortlisted stories being featured in the final episode.
