Lata Mangeshkar lauds 'Sa Re Ga Ma Pa' contestants

    Melody queen Lata Mangeshkar along with her sister legendary singer Asha Bhosle heaped praise on the talent presented in the popular singing reality show "Sa Re Ga Ma Pa". 
     
    When Bhosle visited the sets of the reality show she was floored by the talent and instantly connected her elder sister Mangeshkar with the contestants on a call, read a statement. 
     
    “You all are doing great and I am happy to see such extraordinary singing talent on this platform. Please do not get demotivated with the eliminations as it is just a competition and not the end of your life. Be happy and sing with full confidence,” Mangeshkar said to the contestants.
     
    Bhosle also shared that she was “extremely delighted to be on the sets of 'Sa Re Ga Ma Pa'. Paying singing legend R.D. Burman a tribute, the contestants presented some hit songs from the 1980s and 1990s. I felt nostalgic and they all took me down memory lane by singing those unforgettable songs.”
     
    The episode will air on Saturday on Zee TV.
