The release date of the much-anticipated movie “Fireflies”, starring Monica Dogra and Rahul Khanna has been set for Oct 31.
 
Confirming this, Rahul tweeted Saturday: “Happy to announce the release date of my film, 'Fireflies' - 31st October, 2014! More details soon.”
 
The story of the drama film revolves around the life of two estranged brothers - essayed by Rahul and actor Arjun Mathur - and how fate brings them together after 15 years.
 
The film also highlights the contrasting lifestyles of both siblings - where one is a successful banker and the other a law school dropout who lives by the day. 
 
Monica plays the love interest of the character essayed by Arjun in the film, which is said to be an emotional journey of self-discovery.
 
Directed by Sabal Singh Sheikhawat, the movie is being produced by Wild Geese Pictures and distributed by Panorama Studios.
