'Mubarakan' Collections Rise By 101% On Day 3

    Anees Bazmee's 'Mubarakan' has witnessed phenomenal growth of 101 percent in its box office collections on Day 3 i.e on Sunday as compared to its opening day collections.
     
    The film that opened to 5.16 cr on Friday took a 101 percent hike on Day 3 by minting 10.37 cr.
     
    'Mubarakan' has been winning hearts with its entertainment quotient since its release.
     
    The comedy film thrives on clean and pure jokes as opposed to the slapstick and adult comedy prevailing in the recent times.
     
    'Mubarakan' has been receiving amazing word of mouth and is garnering appreciation for its family entertainment values from not only the audience but also the critics.
     
    The Arjun -Anil Kapoor starrer film is touted as one of the best family entertainers in the recent times.
     
    The film raked in 5.16 crores on Friday, saw a 41 percent growth on Saturday with its collection being 7.38. 'Mubarakan' however, witnessed a phenomenal growth of 101 percent on Sunday collecting 10.37 crores, making the total weekend collection 22.91 crores.
     
    The family entertainer revolves around a big fat Indian wedding mixed with a confusion of twins separated at birth to be cousins. With the double role played by Arjun Kapoor and supported by the power packed performance of Anil Kapoor, the film also stars Ileana D'Cruz and Athiya Shetty.
     
    Directed by Anees Bazmee, ' Mubarakan' is produced by Sony Pictures Networks Productions and Murad Khetani and Ashwin Varde from Cine1 Studios is running successfully worldwide.
