Megastar Amitabh Bachchan says he and his actress-politician wife Jaya have never discriminated between their son Abhishek and daughter Shweta, and have always treated them equally.
 
The 72-year-old actor took to micro-blogging website Twitter to write about gender equality on the occasion of Women's Equality Day.
 
"Women's Equality Day... between my daughter and my son there shall be equality from us as parents...," Big B tweeted.
 
The "Mard" actor also remembered and paid a tribute to missionary Mother Teresa on her 105th birth anniversary on Twitter and wrote: "Remembering Mother Teresa... her sacrifice and dedication...! In one picture I stand behind her..." he captioned a collage of two photos of himself and her.
