  • Regional Cinema Is Content Driven: Anil Kapoor
Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor believes that regional cinema's content is better than that of Hindi movies.

"Regional cinema has content better than Hindi cinema. Today, the content of regional cinema is really good especially from whatever I have seen or heard... Marathi films' content is superb," Anil said at the launch of the music of upcoming Marathi film "Manaatlya Unhat" here on Monday.

"I did my first Marathi film a long time ago. It was Lakshmikant Berde's film ('Hamaal De Dhamaal'). I would love to act and produce if I am offered any good role or script. I am fully Marathi. I was born here, so I would love to do Marathi films," added the actor, who has also done Hollywood films like "Slumdog Millionaire".
