IANS, 12 Mar, 2016 02:29 PM
Iranian superstar Mohammad Reza Golzar says that he is learning Hindi for the first Indian-Iranian film collaboration "Salaam Mumbai!", also starring Dia Mirza.

"This film is in three languages - Persian, English and Hindi and I'm learning Hindi," said Golzar on the sets of the film.

"This is the first project between Iran and India and we're almost finished, three days left. It's about one month and a half we're in Mumbai. We took lot of risks because it was the first project. I think it will be a good start, because we made a bridge between Iran and India and I hope it will be so continuously."

The film has been directed by Iranian director Ghorban Mohammadpou and Golzar said that the film will be releasing in the next two to four months.

"It's a love story, I'm a medical student, a surgeon, and I fall in love with Dia in this movie," he said and termed Dia, who also plays a medical student, as "lovely".

Golzar, had started out as a guitarist for an Iranian music band, and then he ventured into acting, doing films like "Sam o Nargess", "Kalagh Par", "Eshgh Tatil Nist" among others. "It was my second movie out of the country (Iran), I have lot of offers right now, I am considering them," he added.

Dia has uploaded numerous pictures with Golzar on her Twitter profile, including one in the doctor attire and the stethoscope, from the shoot.
