Riteish, Pulkit Shoot For 'Qubool Hai'

Darpan News Desk IANS, 27 Jul, 2015 10:54 AM
Actors Riteish Deshmukh and Pulkit Samrat, who are anxiously awaiting the release of their forthcoming film “Bangistan”, will be seen fighting over sweets in the Rangat-e-Eid episode of TV show “Qubool Hai”.

The duo will be seen promoting their film, which is about two suicide bombers, Hafeez Bin Ali Ishwarchand Sharma (Riteish) and Allah Rakha Khan Praveen Chaturvedi (Pulkit), who have been brainwashed into an explosive mission but eventually realise death wish is a futile exercise.

Actress Surbhi Jyoti, who essays the role of Jannat in the popular Zee TV show, says it was “fun shooting with the two stars".

“Riteish forgot his lines in the midst of an intense sweet-snatching scene and asked 'What is the line?' in the middle of a shot, which actually made all of us burst out laughing,” Surbhi said in a statement.

In the next episodes of Rangat-e-Eid celebrations, viewers can see Jannat in a dilemma of sorts while serving sweets to the guests because there’s just one last piece left and there are two hands that reach out to it at the same time.

Jannat looks up and finds Pulkit and Ritesh eyeing the same last piece of sweet. The duo start fighting amongst themselves on who would get the last piece. Their fight escalates to such a level that they both threaten to kill each other.
