Actor-producer Anil Kapoor is glad that his debut TV show "24" will re-run on the small screen starting Monday and guarantees that the show's second season will be a as "thrilling" as the first.
 
Anil, who featured in the eighth season of the US version of the show, played Anti-Terrorist Unit chief Jai Singh Rathod in the desi version, which he produced for channel Colors.
 
The show will have its re-run on Rishtey for those who want to relive it or for those who may have missed it. Anil is happy that this will give "more audiences across the country the chance to experience the show".
 
"I hope that the new audiences enjoy watching the show and appreciate our efforts at presenting something different. Also, all fans of '24' who missed out on some episodes earlier or want to relive the entire journey will now get enjoy the thrill not just on weekends but on six days in a week on 'Rishtey'," Anil said in a statement.
 
 
 
"I'm also ever excited to share that while viewers once again relish Season 1 of the show, we are already working towards season 2 which will be as thrilling and edge-of-the-seat as the first season," he added.
 
"24" saw actors like Shabana Azmi, Tisca Chopra, Mandira Bedi, Anupam Kher, Rahul Khanna and Richa Chadha delivering stellar performances.
 
The show indeed was special to Anil, known for giving big hits like "Tezaab", "Ram Lakhan", "Mr. India", and "Virasat". In the last couple of years, he did films like "No Entry" and "Race".
