IANS, 25 Aug, 2016 01:31 PM
Former Pakistan speedster Shoaib Akhtar, who is seen judging TV show "Mazaak Mazaak Mein", was surprised with a belated birthday party on the set of the comedy show.

Shoaib, who turned 41 on August 13, decided to celebrate his birthday with his family in Pakistan, but when he joined back, the cast and crew of “Mazaak Mazaak Mein” celebrated his birthday on the sets.

"Life continues to surprise me. Yet another big one came when my team of 'Mazaak Mazaak Mein' did an extremely warm cake cutting for me on the sets in Mumbai,” Shoaib said in a statement.

“The shoot had just finished and everyone seemed in a rush to leave including me as I was extremely hungry. Then I got this beautiful surprise,” he added.

Shoaib is seen as a judge on the Life OK show alongside veteran Indian off-spinner Harbhajan Singh.

The show is based on the idiosyncrasies of various regions represented by teams of comic superstars.
