There is a latent fact underlying the page 3 journalism which says that, besides concrete news there are gossips and rumors as well which keep the grapevine rolling. But things get nasty when rumors take the shape of an unfortunate hoax.
 
And it's been N number of times when we have witnessed some notorious elements unleashing the buzz pertaining to the demise of some sought after and widely adored Bollywood celebs.
 
Now the newest name which has made it to this infamous list is that of legendary Dilip Kumar. So with this nasty hoax game, once again stirring the buzz arena, come check out with us some of the Bollywood celebs who were virtually killed by the virtual world and hoax peddlers. 
 
Dilip Kumar
 
 
Just a couple of hour ago when false news about the demise of legendary thespian Dilip Kumar made it to buzz arena, it literally left everyone shocked. But soon after the dust got settled and a reliving revelation about Dilip Kumar's being hail and hearty came in from none other than Big B. 
 
Yo Yo Honey Singh
 
 
There is no denying the fact that the way popularity of Honey Singh has soared is no less than a miracle, thanks to the admiration which this revolutionary rapper received from his fans.
 
But in-spite of having a mammoth fan following, spread all across the globe this sought after singer landed in the claws of hoax mongers who disseminated the rumors about his dying in a car crash. But as usual, eventually even these notorious gravels turned out to be a hoax buzz. 
 
Ayushmann Khurrana 
 
 
Well while shooting for Nautanki Saala in April last year, probably Ayushmann wouldn't have thought it in his remotest dreams that reports about his demise are doing rounds in the virtual world. But unfortunately it happened when somebody pitched the fake news about Ayushmann's death in a skiing accident at Switzerland. 
 
Soon after getting the sniff of these nonsense rumors and in order to put them at rest, "Vicky Donor" star took over his twitter handle and stated that "I have been hearing some bizarre rumors about my demise. RIP rumor mongers. Thanks!'
 
Amitabh Bachchan 
 
 
After seeing the phase of prayers and supplication decades back, when Big B met with an accident while shooting for "Coolie" one can easily understand that this star of Millennium is one such actor of Bollywood whose life matters a lot for his fans and well wishers. 
 
But as you know that those belonging to the notorious ilk don't give a damn to any such logic. And in order to kick start a phase of a maelstrom some wicked blogger literally shook every mass media platform with an infamous rumor about death of Big B in a car crash on Route 80 between Morristown and Roswell and even went on to give details about the superstar's funeral too.

Probably Ash is one of the first celebs of Bollywood who fell prey to the sick ideas of hoax peddlers, way back in 2006 when Global Association News carried a news about her death in a car accident while being under the influence of alcohol. But it was the timely stepping in of her manager who rubbished all the rumors and put forth the truth. 
 
Lata Mangeshkar and Asha Parekh 
 
 
Grapevine once again went berserk in March this year when reports about the death of legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar surfaced in grapevine to take it by storms.
 
But subsequently the 82 year old iconic singer came up for her own rescue on twitter and clarified the rumors and stated that, "Namaskar. Please don't believe any rumors which are doing the rounds about my health and well-being. All is well, by the grace of god." 
 
And almost after a week post this notoriety the wicked prankster unleashed the rumors about the death of yesteryear actress Asha Parekh which even be-fooled the renowned personalities like Sanjay Manjrekar and senior journalist Rajdeep Sardesai who also tweeted about her demise.
 
Madhuri Dixit 
 
 
Well there is no denying the fact that charisma of Dhak Dhak girl Madhuri is such that no one affords to remain un-mesmerized by it. But this boon turned into curse for Mads when somebody spread the rumor about her death due to a massive heart attack.
 
And what followed next was even more surprising where where numerous condolence messages started crowding the virtual world. But eventually the dust got settled and the truth about the death of a woman bearing the same name imposed a pause on all the nonsensical rumors.

Thalaiva's charisma may have shooed away many of his onscreen rivals, but in real life even Saar Rajni could not save himself from the diabolism of hoax peddlers who unfurled the fake news about his demise in 2011.
